This Sergio Perez’s left front tire at the end of the Spanish GP this sunday.
Ignore the marbles along the edge of the tire ,what you see there is not a flat spot but rather most of the tire gone and the tread being visible the tire is effectively delaminated. I’ve been ok with Pirelli making tires that are a bit less durable by design to generate excitement and force the teams to consider tires as part of the strategy but this is a bit much. We’re bordering on dangerous here, these are the HARD compound tire not the super softs I don’t think they should be getting to this point.
